1995 90 hp merc hard to start until it gets warm then when i give it full throttle it bogs down for just a second the takes off if u throttle easy it runs great
sounds like you could try a little seafoam and see if its cleans it up for you. Also check your plugs for fouling and verify that they are in good order. Also you may wanna chaeck that you choke system is working properly. cover the basics
Hesitation like that usually indicates you are burning too rich. Make sure you have the correct plugs in and also make sure your choke is wide open. A partially closed choke can cause a motor to run too rich
