Looking for a set of controls for my merc. Found one that is a little older model, I know that the cables are the same, as well as the 6 prong plug. Question is, does all the models of Merc controls have the same shift pattern? This set is from the mid to late 80's. My motor is a 98'. Everything seems to be able to work on my motor, just was'nt sure of the shift pattern. Thanks in advance!
