Merc Digital to Analog Conversion

2020 Mercruiser 4.6 V6 250HP

We installed this new motor but apparently the motor puts out a digital signal for oil/temp/tach and all our gauges are analog.

The motor has a 14 pin connector. Boat has a standard 10 pin.

How do we go about getting analog signals? Is it just a different pin out on the motor that we need to access?

Oh boy, most likely won't be clean

There is a 14 to 10 pin pigtail, but there have been issues with them.
