I bought a 3rd hand sea ray with a 4.3LX Merc I/O, but it came with no owners manuals. In any event, I was really surprised Merc doesn't put PDF copies of their manuals online, instead offering to sell me a paper copy that takes weeks to arrive. Heck, I'd pay the $30 if I could get a PDF copy tomorrow, but I'm about to try winterizing the engine and really can't wait the weeks delivery takes.
So.....having said that, does anyone know if there's an online source for older manuals for these engines. I was especially miffed since Sea Ray even had a copy online of the 15 year old owners manual for the boat itself.
Anyway, hopefully (but doubtfully) someone can help me out.
