whats up with their new site, i cant login, cant find email to or number to call, when i do get in, says i have to go to dealer to find my motor parts, since when did they stop having older motor parts than 1999? i cant even get it to find my 2000 4stroke in it . thank goodness for doug russel ron

Mercury has let the script kiddies and bean counters drive away the customers. When a designer puts up a pos like that, they generally go hide, thus no e-mail, and webmaster@ is ignored also.

I find the site just about unusable. The distributor I buy parts from also finds it useless. Parts come just as fast and cheap through a decent distributor or dealer.
