Merc remote oil tank conversion kit

I hav a 2002 90 hp 2 stroke salt water on a BW dauntless which has a 45 gal gas tank. I would like to install a three gal remote oil tank. I saw a conversion kit on the Merc web site. ( part # 1255-8627a10). Has anyone out there done this conversion. If so,I would appreciate some feed back. Also, if anyone has a copy of the instructions they could fax to me I would appreciate it.

It works just like the bigger motors. 3 gallon tank is pressurized and keeps the small tank on motor full. Pretty simple conversion to do. Kit comes with everything you need.

Hey Waterbugtoo, thanks for the reply. Can you tell me how the remote tank is pressurized? Do you need to change the tank on the engine as well? Do you have a copy of the instructions? Thanks!

The tank is pressurized from the block. If you get the kit, it will have all instructions.
