merc. trim motor?

good morning everyone, maybe someone can help out here. i have a mercruser 260 with the old style trim pump "metal reservoir" from merc it is NLA.<br />the lower seal leaked and pulled oil in side of the pump. cant seam to find a seal for it. i also can find the pump motor. original or aftermarket. <br />the field and frame is avaiable. but i dont know how the armature looks yet . any ideas , part #, where i can find this pump"NEW" or if im stuck trying to rebuild it. i didnt want to switch to the new style pump b/c its it will be more expensive . thanks for you time

go to ebay motors go water craft and go engines search word pump and you can get a new style for about 175 they work good and faster than the old ones I switched mine on my I/O and outboard with the external pump it james

Try the ugly guy at B&F marine in Perine, I think his name is Bob. That guy's the bomb, he knows where to get all kinds aftermarket junk.

thanks for the help, i got a used one for a 100$.<br />and macsout i was wondering if you ever fixed that 200 merc? what was wrong with it,parts changer!
