Merc Year & pump question

I just bought a 9.8 Merc At a garage sale...But nobody seemed to know the year...if someone could help me find out the year..i would appreciate it ser# 4816565 .....also where would I go to find out how to change the impeller? its not pumping any water..and thats prolly the problem...<br /><br />TY in advance

Yes it does say 110 on thr hood ....it says 9.8 1/2 way down the leg on the back. <br /><br />TY
