Started to take apart the carb on my 3.0 double barrel and find that the screw that holds the choke lever in place is SEVERLY stripped. Almost no head at all. Can't get a set of needle nose pliers on it to turn it. So close to getting the boat on the water this carb rebuild is the last leg. Anybody have any good ideas?

WELL, urg & arf! Needle nose ain't gonna help this!
Take the "jesus pin" out, loose that rod & lift with a little twist.
Don't forget which way you twisted!

Or, get out the dremal and make your own slot in the screw head....or cut the head off all together, once the lever is off you can get some WD or PB down the threads and then use vice grips to remove the rest...
