Mercarb rebuild questions

Hello,
I have a mercarb 861245N on my 1998 Mercruiser 5.7. I want to order the correct rebuild kit and float but am unsure which kit I need. Also, I see that there is a gasket on the manifold, then a spacer, and then a gasket between the spacer and carb. Do I need a thick base gasket as I have read about in other posts with this setup? Or, will the two thinner gaskets be ok?

You need a carb kit for 3310-864943A01 , if this number is put in google it comes back with several. You want both gaskets and the separator as seen in pic below. You need items 29 (27-861246) and 28 (27-8079821), can you use to thinner gaskets or even one probably, just need to make sure it seals under the carb, and does not interfere with the throttle plates
