i just bougth a 17 footer Peterborough 1990 <br />engine on idle runs rough, on high speed is ok, also got to tell you that it was stopped for 4 years,the only thing i did was to change the points. it also stumble when i give gas on a prompt way but if go slowly it respond well,thats one problem, the other is some clear water comes in the boat after i run i find some oil mixed in the water can you tell me from where these oil comes

I'd think that a Full,+ Complete Tune-Up,+ Service is in order,.........<br />It Sounds like a Carb. Rebuild would also do wonders on it,.......<br />4 Years is a Long Time Sitting.............<br />

On this 1,... You're kind of on your own,.....<br />There's Many Many place that either Water,.. Or Oil can be Leaking from,...........<br />Nothing short of just Crawling down into the bilges will answer That Question,..........<br />Ya gotta get Your head down in there,+ Have a Look Around................. <br /><br />Good Luck.......
