Hi new boat owner, new forum member. I’m trying to find a place to buy a decent used distributor or somewhere I can send my old unit to get rebuilt. I’ve came up with nothing on trying to find bushing to rebuild it myself. And aside from Sierra marine at $580 and pertronix at $300 it’s just not in my budget my slickcraft is nice but I can buy an engine overhaul for the price of a distributor. Thanks in advance gentlemen!

Thank You Bt for the links! Would those by any chance be the correct Id/od? If not how does one go about reaming out the id?

I will be the first to admit that I know when I’m out of my league. Any chance you guys could point me in the direction of a rebuilding service?

Find an automotive machine shop or alternator/starter repair shop in your town
