mercruiser 3.0 4 cylinder engine removal

hi im more of a do it your self kind of guy and im replacing my engine and im just wondering what engine mounts to take out. i already have the outdrive off and misc parts and wires to take the motor out.
see photo. any help on what else i need to do would be great

Once all the cables, hoses and wires are disconnected there are 2 motor mount bolts in back and 4 up front. If you remove the manifold and head it's pretty light, I bolted 2- 2x4's to the top of the engine and had 3 neighbors help me lift it out of the boat, easy cheesy

Take the lag bolts from the stringers.Much easier to install that way.Jerry

lag bolts in the floor for the front and back.lifting eye on the top with a under a tree limb.very strong pully or chain pully.

alright, thanks alot. one other quick question. do i need to do anything special when i put another motor in balancing wise and anything else i might need to know?
