Mercruiser 3.0L - Carburetor - missing stud to connect throttle cable

Hello, I ordered a rebuilt carb here (https://flyingfishcarburetors.com/Y38-2Mercruiser.htm), and of course, I ordered the wrong one -- I ordered the one with a removable stud vs. one with a fixed stud. I figured at the very least, I could use the new stud. I didn't know that meant they wouldn't be sending one.

Is there something I can buy, at Home Depot, etc., as a replacement for the stud? I can go back to the seller, but I was hoping to get this wrapped up today, and they're not open until Monday.

The carb looks great by the way, but haven't fired it up yet.

Thanks in advance for the help.

1-Bolt
1-piece aluminum tubing
3-washers
2-self locking nuts

Bolt in carb plate
Slide aluminum tubing over bolt (cut to fit)
install 1 washer and nut (tighten)
install 1 washer, throttle cable, another washer, then second lock nut

Keep nut just a little loose

The other way is hit p your local NAPA and buy one out of the box of them in different shapes and sizes they'll have on hand.

Thanks, guys. I ended up going with a little bit of a simplified version of the first suggestion, but I'm thinking I'll have to send it back and get the correct model of the carb.
