I have a 2014 SeaRay 190 Mercruiser 4.3. Took it out after the winter for a first run. Ran in the lake for an hour no issues. Next day took it out again. Stalled twice at the boat launch. Got back to the dock. Turned over for 3 seconds, stopped cranking, no start. Thought it was a battery issue. Used a jump charger. Same results, crank for a few second then would cut out. No crank, click, no start. Replaced battery No fix. Checked starter, good. Checked starter connectors, loose. Tightened connections. Replaced starter fuse. When replacing the starter fuse the starter casing cracked and a piece of the starter broke off at the main connector. So I had to replace the starter. After replacement and check of starter connectors it turned over. Took out to the lake. Started and idles fine. Added power and it stuttered and stalled. All gauges went crazy and jumped. Limped back to dock. Tried starting, short crank and then quits. No start. Problem not resolved, appears to be the start electrical system issue. Starter turns when it has power but when trying to start it will not continuously crank. The crank stopped after a few seconds and does not allow enough time for the engine to start. Others told me it was a engine ground issue or batter issue. Checked ground to block connection, good. Checked battery cables, clean and good. Checked with voltmeter, not loosing volts when cranking attempts and circuits appear good. Checked volts to ignition (key) switch - good. Checked volts to altimeter - good. Is there a hidden sensor that is telling it to stop cranking for some reason? When it cranks it starts fine. However, it did stall and the gauges did go crazy that one time. Problem is I cant get it to crank long enough to start, so I cant diagnosis any other potential issues??

you have a bad connection and are loosing power or ground

start at the battery, clean every electrical connection to the motor, then up to the helm. by clean, use either a wire brush in a die grinder or 150 grit sand paper and clean the terminals and the posts until they are shiny enough your mother-in-law will eat of of them.

then when all cleaned, re-assembled, tightened and tested. seal each connection with marine electrical varnish

Hopefully it’s what has been suggested above. But the pessimism in me might suggest that you might have a hydro locking issue. Caused by water in cylinders. Usual suspects would be the frost damage to manifolds and or risers. Hopefully not though.
