Mercruiser 4.3 TKS - No Ignition Power

I'm having trouble diagnosing a no power to ignition issue on a new to me 2013 Tahoe Q5si with Mercruiser 4.3L TKS. New to boats in general, so I might miss the obvious. (For reference, motor DOM is December 2010, family AM9XM04.32VC, Serial 1A635792)

Previous owner had a fuse and the TKS diode go out two summers ago, then this summer he lost power on the water again and was done with the boat. He said it made an electrical pop while idling.

I was able to hot wire it at the starter to get it to run (in the water), but I didn't run it long since I didn't know what else was wrong yet.
I replaced a bad 20A breaker for the accessories (front fuse panel), so the radio, blower, bilge, etc work now. Trim also works.

I have no power at ignition though. 12V tests good at the starter, on both sides of the 90A fuse. 12V tests good at the alternator, and on both sides of the 50A breaker on top of the motor. The red/purple wire disappears from that 50A breaker into the harness.

I unplugged the Mercruiser branded cable that goes to the front of the boat (14-pin cannon plug). Continuity is good from there to ignition, but no 12V on the connector (pin A) that feeds it from the harness. There's a 20a fuse on the motor that tests good (I don't remember seeing 12V on either side of it though).

Is there another component I should check? Another fuse I'm missing? It's hard to see the back side of the motor and I end up in an awkward position, so its hard to follow the wires.

start at the battery, work your way to the ignition switch and back. did you check the MOB switch? that breaks the ignition circuit back to the motor

Welcome
I unplugged the Mercruiser branded cable that goes to the front of the boat (14-pin cannon plug). There's a 20a fuse on the motor that tests good (I don't remember seeing 12V on either side of it though)
Looks like you found the problem, looks like a bad/broken connection on pin A.
The 20amp fuse on the motor is the TKS fuse and has no bearing on your current issue. It's there to protect the helm wiring if something shorts out

This is a block diagram of the TKS system

Appreciate the help. I started to see what all I could get to on the wiring harness, and I found a 15A fuse tucked back there. It sits right between the 50A breaker and the ignition switch wire. I'm assuming this is the one that's normally up front on the ignition switch in most wiring diagrams. I don't have any ATM fuses on hand, but will test tomorrow.
