Mercruiser 4.3 v6 electric fuel pump and water separation filter location

I am building a 4.3 v6 Mercruiser with an electric fuel pump. What is the better location for this fuel pump and water separating filter. Thank you. A picture or link to the images would be really helpful.

here is a pic of when I did my rebuild... green is fuel/water separator and red is fuel pump, both in factory location... and the second image is the complete parts list

thank you very much. As for the parts I have them all, was just looking for the best location for the filter and pump. Tried to match it with my carburetor to pump line, but looks like I would have to either bend it or get another one in the NADA auto parts.
