I looked at the manual for installation of the oil pan with a new gasket. It says to use some RTV gasket silicon at the oil rear seal and the front timing cover at the joints. I wonder if this silicone should be put under the gasket or between the oil rear seal and the block and between the front timing cover and the block. Thank you.

Don't put it under the gasket. Just a small amount exactly as the manual says. Nothing more is required.

so let me clarify it, right on the edge between the rear seal and the block and front cover and the block? Or should I put it before putting and tying up the front cover and rear seal? Im so concerned about this detail, since in the last engine I had a rear oil seal leaking right after installation of the new gasket...
Also as a follow up, does the rear oil seal have four bolts tying it up or 3 bolts and a stud with the nut? Or does it matter at all? I just have a bunch of bolts in the big can from the previous owner of the block and even so I managed to find most of the right bolts, there are some I cant locate (could be possibly missing) or cant find appropriate location for.
Thank you.

Bolt on the rear seal retainer and the front cover, then put silicone sealer on the spots where the carrier and front cover meet the block, about 1/2", exactly as the manual says, then put the sump (oil pan) on.

1 stud and nut. 3 x 1/4"-20 screws, one at 1-3/4" long, the 2 others at 5/8" long...
