I purchased my 1981 mercercruiser 470 over the winter while it was still winterized.Now that the season is almost here can anyone tell me what I need to do to summerize it? also what size propeller?

Go up to the Adults Only sticky at the top of this forum, I think you will find out all the information you will need, including manuals.
As for the prop, head over to the Prop forum, but you will also need other information, like boat size, weight, etc.

If you purchased a 470 without a test run all you can do is pray.
