Mercruiser 5.0 EFI dies after 1hr of run time????

The question is why does this happen. Dealer can't figure it out after 2 new fuel pumps and a impeller. The next thing they are going to stick me for is a vapor lock kit at the tune of $600. Has anyone had this problem?

Start doing some temperature tests in the engine compartment to see how hot it's getting.
Could also be a fuel delivery issue to the fuel pumps. Here is a way to test that.

Finally got the boat back from the stealer and they put in some kind of vapor lock system from Mercury. Anyway this fixed the problem.
