Hello. I hope someone can assist. I have twin 2005 Mercruiser 5.0 MPI engines (0W310000). I’m in the market to buy new OEM manifold kits. I’m hoping someone can provide me with a company online that sells these parts. Looking for a company that is fair on pricing and has great reviews. I was looking at Hardin Marine. They sell OEM parts, but I wasn’t sure about there reviews. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I Havent used them, but they are made in the US of A, and when mine are shot I think I will be looking at them or OEM.

Unfortunately, no matter what way you go here...there isn’t a cheap version of the story for your engine.
haven’t looked at the merc price, but surely can’t be too much more than the after markets. Even they are getting on for £600/700 here in the U.K. or more.

Well I looked at price for OEM and Barr here in the USA and Barr is significantly cheaper. I used Barr on my batwing to 2 piece conversion on my Cobra and they fit perfect. OEM Volvo is like $500 more than Barr. Absolutely NOT worth it!

BAR is one of the casting houses used by Mercruiser. it is the casting house used by VP and PCM. they are also the casting house for Edelbrock

You get Sierra parts there ? I’ve used manifolds and risers by them. But with mixed success. I stupidly fitted risers to oem manifolds. Didn’t go so well with lining up. Ended up getting both. Should have done anyway.
ive known others to not be impressed with their quality though. That was on older boats I had years ago though.
I haven’t had to replace my mpi manifolds or risers yet. Still tip top as new condition after 700 hours. Fresh water though and filled as much as they can be with antifreeze through winter helps I’m sure.
keen to hear how you get on.
