Mercruiser 5.0 water circulator help

Hey all. I have a little bit of a wobble in my water circulator pump. I sheared two belts in half already but Did not completley break in half. Is this a common problem or can this be another issue with the belt.
Everything else seems to be fine. I also see the belt moving closer to the front
Of the engine on the pulley. Can someone please help. If you need more info i can give more! Thank you

This is probably the cause.... Needs to be sorted or you will just keep breaking belts...

Ayuh,... Any wobble is Bad, 'n needs fixin'...
