Okay first off I had my boat winterized by a company that was not an authorized dealer. everything ran fine the day I brought my four winns H190 to them. THey winterized the boat in the fall and come spring time I went to clean behind my seats and I see a brass freeze out plug laying on the bracket that holds the engine up, right below where it is supposed to be inserted into the engine. I looked at the other side of the engine and that freeze out plug too was laying on the bracket below its rightful destination. Now, everyone has told me that water must have been left in the engine when it was "winterized" for this to have occurred. The freezing water then pushes out the freeze plugs. Now should I sue the company that winterized my boat? I tried to get them to fix it and after it sat on their lot for over a month, I decided to take it somewhere else. I will be dropping it off next week for a four winns authorize dealer to look at it. What should I do about this?
