BTW, if you are new to the boating world, why do you think you need to change head gaskets?

if you have water in the oil, there are about 10 other things that are common to cause that long before you ever need to change a head gasket.

so start by telling us what the problem is, and we can help.

Lost power on starboard engine so i done a compression and it was all good except the two middle cylinders and they had zero compression and some water come out of both when I pulled the plugs. The oil doesn't look milky. Thanks

your issue is your exhaust manifolds are leaking, the water is running down the exhaust ports and rusting out your valves and cylinders.

my guess is you boat in salt water and the manifolds are past their replace by date.

if you are lucky, you can get away with a re-man job on the heads. if your not lucky, you need new motor(s)
