Mercruiser 5.7 Trim Problems

Hello. New to the forum. Looked for other issues like mine and found some similar but not the same. My power trim will go down at normal speed and sound, but going up is very, very slow both using trim and trailer. Makes a bit of a different noise as well. A bit higher pitched. I need a fairly quick fix if possible since I'm heading to Powell in 2 days. Oil is full in the pump. No wire damage visible at pump or at the Quicksilver 3000. Thanks

is the oil in the pump reservoir milky colored from water being mixed in.that can make a strange sound and poor performance.

Seemed to be a bit milky when I added oil tonight. But, would that cause a problem only going up? Goes down great.

Need some help please. Won't trim up or trailer (does but very very slow). Down works fine. Neither switch at cockpit or back on swim deck work so likely not a switch and since the trailer button also moves really slow, probably not a limiter.
