I recently acquired a 1994 Rinker with a 5.7 Mercruiser. It has cracked block. I have a 5.7 out of a 91 chevy pickup. Will the long block work in a boat?

If the block is cracked, make sure the intake manifold and exhaust manifolds are OK, otherwise, you will be replacing those components too. Swap all of the electrical, fuel, ignition and exhaust parts from the cracked block over to the truck block and you along with the changes that Bondo mentioned and you should be good to go.

dont forget the marine circulating pump, it is different than the water pump in the truck.
