Mercruiser 898 Exhaust

Hello,

I currently have a checkmate with a Mercruiser 898 (Chevy 305) engine and type I stern drive, and am looking to upgrade the exhaust, which is currently through-prop. I am looking to install a triple exhaust system, shown at this link:

However, this particular "triple-exhaust" system is designed to work with an oval-shaped Y-pipe, which was created in 1983. My boat is 1982 and has a 3" circular Y pipe. Does anyone know if there is a way to adapt this system to fit my Y pipe? If not, is there another one out there that will fit? Also, does anyone know if the newer, oval shaped Y pipe will fit inside my boat (The bolt holes appear to be different) ? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Have you contacted them to see if they have or will make a system? BTW the low pressure area pulls exhaust out at ALL speeds. 'nutcase

Yea I exchanged a few emails with they guy, they said they don't have it and won't make it, and they don't know if anyone else has it.
