mercruiser alpha one leg torn hose question

I have a torn hose between leg and boat , i believe its the exhaust (am not positive) and want to know if it needs repairing immediately or will it be ok for next weekend

the pictures are taken from bellow leg looking up

It is the exhaust bellows, and it will be fine until the weekend.

It might be a little louder, but it will be OK. You might want to consider replacing it with an exhaust tube. While you are at it, take a close look at your driveshaft and shift cable bellows. If they show any signs of degradation (cracks, worn spots), and if they have not been changed in a while (5+ years) you might consider changing them in the off season. Have fun.

Is an exhaust tube easy to fit

Yes, just raise the drive and clamp it on.
