Hi all,
Just bought my first boat - 23ft Larson with a 5.7 Mercruiser Sterndrive. The owner has given me a PDF manual number 24, but it is dated October 1999. The DOM on the engine is May 2007 & Serial number is 1A050740.
Is this the correct manual or do I need to get another (and where from)?
Also I hear one that a potential problem could be the exhaust manifolds if they have not been replaced in some time / at all? Id this something I should consider as part of a preventative maintanence thing? FYI the boat is berthed in sea water in a hot climate (although has been on and off a trailer for the last 5 years).
