I just bought a used boat. It is a glaston 1980 I knew it had one problem which is a starter issue. It needs a new one LOL. But I cant get my trim to go up or down. I made sure to pull the supports out first. When I hit the up and down button I get the sound of a pump but no action. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

if ya get that service manual provided. on pp 5-17 is a pic of where ya fill at.... probably, ft, starboard side. is a screw that is below the top of the resivour... that screw is where ya fill at. or can look to see if there's any fluid in there at all....
