you need to find a carburetor shop Im sure they have one, I live in south fl and I took my carb to a shop they cant replace the choke but, then they told me that I dont need it here in fl the eliminate the choke the boat is running fine not problem another option for you look on ebay, a friend of mine found a shop in california that only sell marine carburetors with electric choke and I think he paid like 180$.
