Mercruiser Prop

I have a 1988 Mercruiser Alpha One 2.5L 120Hp. The prop is chewed up and needs to be replaced. I don't know what the pitch etc is. Could someone help?

Ayuh,........

Take the Prop Off,+ Look,....

There'll either be the Pitch,+ possibly the Diameter stamped on it,....
Or,......
A Part #..........

With that #,+ your WOT RPMs,......
You can find the Proper Replacement..........
