2 weeks ago when I opened up the boat and started preparing it for the season, I put the muffs on the out drive like I normally do and started the engine. I always check to see that water is coming out either side of the outdrive but it did not this time. It was working fine last year when I put it away and winterized. I have traced every possible hose or connection that might have had some buildup and flushed it out with fresh water. Ultimately, I removed the seawater pump and ran water down the inlet and outlet hose from the pump with flow going through the engine completely and the other hose out to the outdrive pickup. I just rebuilt the seawater pump completely this year, and have rebuilt it every other year in the past and like always there was some grooves on the back plate of the impeller housing. Is the pump bad? I feel like I have eliminated any other possibilities. This is on a 2004 Mercruiser 350 mag mpi with a bravo3 outdrive. Engine serial# is between the following
0M600000 - 0W059999.

Welcome to iBoats . . .

Elsewhere to check are the oil coolers that are after the sea water pump. Also Bravoitis may be a possibility.
