mercruiser shift cutout switch

I have a 96 Chaparral 4.3 LX I am having trouble adjusting the cutout switch. Anyone know where I can find diagrams on the web?

impala65 The switch is on or off.no adjustment.What is happening is your shift cables need adjusting,or work too hard (worn).They are triggering your cutout switch.Someone will jump in with a site to help you.I have the info at my shop,and that won't help.Sit tight.<br />DHP
