my starter motor on my 3.0ltr 91 inboard is getting lazy at turning over and am wondering is there any other starter motors that will fit and is this a common problem?
merc starters on older boats dont seem to last long...i had an 89 for past 4 years and put 2 new starters in, got a sierra reman. for a fraction of the merc price.
