mercruiser tilt and trim not working

Well only come in.Well not do anything else please help. 1974 sea craft seafari with twin mercruisers.

Ayuh,...... Welcome Aboard,...... I see alota very corroded wirin' ends, 'n disconnected wirin',.....

I'd start by removin', 'n cleanin' 'em to shiny metal Clean, then put 'em back together,.....

The 3 wire plug from the helm isn't plugged in either,.....

Can't find three wire plug. I think it has been cut a spliced into the solenoid.
