Mercruiser Tilt Trim Wiring

Good evening friends, I am trying to finish a project, heres where I am at.
Boat had no tilt trim wires, installed new senders, purchased a trim gage.

I can find the little terminal block near the trim pump, but cant find any wires in the dash for the gage.

There is a new shifter that has a trim switch on the handle thats not hooked up., but for some reason there is a separate up down trim swich on the dash that is hooked up.

I have the instructions that came with the senders for calibrating them, but I cant understand how to wire them to get to the calibration point.

Sorry, but that isn't enough information to answer your question. Drive model and year would help, A serial number of transom shield or drive would be wonderful if it's a between year setup.
