Mercruiser V6 4.3 EFI fuel pump doesn't stop priming

Hello,

I hope somebody can help me here. I have a 1997 SeaSwirl with a 4.3L EFI engine. This engine was just put into this boat with about 2-4 hours. I am having trouble with the fuel pump(just started today). When I turn the key to the first click(not all the way to start) The fuel pump will prim but won't stop priming. It keeps pumping fuel into the ports until I turn the key back to off. I checked the relays and they are fine.

Can somebody HELP PLEASE?

With 2-4 hours on it the engine should still be under warranty. It could be a faulty ECU, fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump.

It was a long block change only. How can I reset the ECU? How can I check the fuel pump(s)?
