mercuiser engine cylinder out

I am looking at a 97 bayliner capri to buy. the problem is that out of the 4 cylinders two are fine, one has no compression and one has high compression. im wondering if this is a easy problem to fix, about how much it may run to get fixed and if bayliner as a boat is any good (this would be my first boat)<br /><br />thanks
