PG, turn off the caps lock

Makes it seem like you're SHOUTING

Please.dont post multiple topics about the same subject, and not in multiple forums

The other 2 topics have been deleted.

The 115 is the Min recommended HP, the 150 is the Max, both will work. Which is up to you, how and where you boat. All of which is likely different then my preferences.

Welcome to iboats, and good luck w your Lund

Ask yourself if that boat will be used always with its full passenger carrying capacity as stated on tech plate. if not, say middle capacity, don't need a 150 as you can maximize a prop for that 115 HP to run at top max wot revs with less passengers. Which type of boating will you be doing and with how many passengers ? like speeding, skiing, pull water inflatable toys or just recreational cruising, fishing ?

Happy Boating

Rule of thumb is don't go less than 70% of the max rated hp for the boat, so both motors should work fine. If you are planning on heavy watersports, then go with the max hp. Otherwise, I wouldn't sweat the decision too much.

I would go with the 150, more power and the ability to have more people or be able to tow. Like everyone else what are you planning on doing with it?
