my 115 mercury seems to bogg down at full throttle then picks up again. i was told it was a '93 model and it has 4 cylinders. it has the oil injection but has been disconnected. i do not run at full throttle all the time, mostly at 2/3, and it seems to run good. but when i do run at full it acts like it's straving for fuel or something. please help!
