I have 115 hp mercury that i have a question on. On each head at the top there is a thermostat housing with line coming off it. The one on the right goes down and connects to another thing. I took the cover off and it has one screw in it and what appears to be a diafram. Does anyone know what this is called and the purpose of it. Mine has a hole in the diafram.
