Good Morning everyone. This is my first time here and hope you all can help a guy out. I have recently come across a 1979 Bomber Citation bass boat. It has a mercury 1150 motor on it. For some reason i can not get it to start. I have taken it ot my cuncle and he has looke dit over and tested the compression on it and says the compression on varies about 4lbs across all 6 cylinders. My question is we are unable to geta spark from it 
thus not letting the engine start. What should be my first coarse of action? Thanks for your help.:redface:
