Good afternoon. I have a mercury 115hp optimax that is making my life difficult. At first when I turn the boat on I heard a grinding noise. I replaced the starter because it was grinding into my flywheel. I also replaced the flywheel and spark plugs. Now when I turn the boat on the starter engages the flywheel but the engine won't turn. Can someone please give me advice on what I should do next.
