Mercury 1500, need year, model#, and info

I have a 150 HP Mercury 1500. Serial 3754262,<br />I THINK the model # is 1150524.<br /><br />I need to know the year, and the fuelil mixture. Any other info you might have on this engine would be extremely helpful. Like where can I get an owners manual???<br /><br />Thanks!

50:1 on the oil. 1 pint tcw-3 to 6 Gal. Gas.
