Mercury 20 hp year needed?

serial# 7089783 This is a 2 stroke, short leg. The Murcury lettering is white, with blue stripes above the lettering and red or orange at the bottom of the blue stripe. Just a rough vintage will do, but exact year would be nice<br /><br />Thanks!
