I have a 2001 Mercury 15hp Outboard. I just tried starting it after its winter nap. When I pump the primer bulb, gas comes out of the top of of the carburator. The engine starts and runs without the fuel line connected; but as soon as I connect the fuel line the engine floods and quits. I suspect a valve in the carburator is stuck or clogged; but I would sure like to know what to look for before I take any thing apart. THANKS
