i have a 2000 250 saltwater series mercury outboard. i just noticed if i leave it idle for a long time when i start it (cold weather) i can see a fuel slick in the water that locks like it is spitting out of my return. i never noticed this before. is it normal? also about a month ago my brother flooded it trying to start it. that is when i first noticed it. <br />any opinions on decarbing these motors. can you tell me were my air intake is.<br />thank you<br />tom
