The prop barely turns in the water. If it's not in the water hooked to the motor flusher it turns fine.
I read up on the shear pin and the rubber thing that occasionally wears out but the shear pin is fine and the rubber piece doesn't have a single scratch on it. I went to take the rest of the lower unit off and broke the 2 bolts off while trying to loosen them...ugh...so my question isn't what to do next, it's how much money am I about to spend at the shop. I'll have to get them to replace those 2 bolts, refill the gear oil then find the actual problem!!!!!
