and do you know where I can find parts for it? Or do you know the part number for a carb and fuel pump kit? I can not find this SN anywhere online or in any of my books. I also am trying to find a schematic?

You shoudn't need a carb, but a carb and pump kit can be found here on iboats parts section

K series carbs the fuel bowl is on the side and W series are under the throat
